All utilities are included: heat, hydro, and high speed internet. Individual suite thermostat plus heated bathroom floors. Access to free washer and dryer. Getting around We are a short walk to: * < 5 minutes to four convenience/grocery stores and two local restaurant/cafes. * 10 minutes to Royal Jubilee hospital. * 15 minutes to Hillside Mall (Thrifty Foods). * 13 minutes to Fernwood Square. * 25 minutes to Camosun Lansdowne Campus. Easily accessible to bus lines 8, 10, 14, 22, 27, and 28. Plenty of street parking is available. Conditions Sorry, but no pets nor smoking due to allergies :( Due to the size of the suite, this unit is meant for single occupancy only and no large gatherings. Please be respectful regarding late night noises. Personal reference will be requested. A security deposit equal to half the first month’s rent will be required.
