$850 · 1 Bedoom for Rent in Shared 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Suite

Available September 1st :) I am looking for 1 roommate to rent the other unfurnished bedroom in my shared 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite. Located in the Saanich and Broadmead area. $850/month, no extra fees or costs. Everything included: utilities, hydro, WiFi, heat, air conditioning, and in-suite laundry. Separate entrance, fully equipped kitchen, covered outdoor patio area, spacious backyard, furnished living room, and access to a large board game library! The bedroom for rent is not furnished; you will have to provide your own furnishings. It's 145² ft. so decently sized. Landlords rule no smoking on the property, and no pets are allowed. Month-to-month, $425 deposit (that will be deducted from first month's rent) and ideally a 6 month stay or longer. I'm a 30 y/o full-time working male who prioritises having fun and maintaining a positive attitude. I enjoy the company of others and I respect other people's property and privacy. I've made friends with prior roommates so I'm not looking to just fill the room, I'm looking for someone who is wanting to participate in the weekly plans I host with my friends. Ideally you love to play board games or have a desire to learn, as I host weekly game nights with friends:) If you like to watch movies, I have a great setup for that too.
