My roommate has to move back to his hometown to be with a sick family member August 1st. Inconveniently leaving me a week to find someone to move in. The apartment is on Dunedin street. It’s an ideal location for a few reasons; its literally a 45second walk to a Tim Hortons, less than 5minute walk to 10 or so major bus routes (4, 8, 11, 21, 30, 50, 70, and others) and within walking distance to downtown and Mayfair mall, even to uptown if you don’t mind 15minutes of walking. Also has 3 basketball courts nearby. The downstairs; has a recently renovated kitchen, a massive living room and a large deck. Upstairs is 2 bedrooms at opposite ends with a bathroom in between. Multiple closets, most empty, throughout house plus a secure storage locker in building if needed for any storage needs. Entire house gets tons of natural light. I honestly felt like the luckiest guy in town when they told me I was accepted and got the place. Coin op laundry machines in building too. In pictures you can see my spare bed, bedside table and a dresser in there I let the previous tenant use. You can too if needed, they’re clean and I don’t mind to help out. Or of course I can move em out so you can bring your own. Looking for someone quiet who values and respects space and privacy as well as everyone’s right to feeling safe comfortable and without any unwanted surprises at home how I do.
