Hello! I'm currently seeing what's out there for a 1 bedroom carriage house rental. Cobble Hill, Mill bay, Shawnigan & Cowichan Bay areas. Could be a cabin or cottage style home as well! Preferably one that's already been reno'd. It'd be just for myself and my sweet little non shedding dog. Non smoker, non partier, clean and quiet introvert. I'm very much into gardening, so would upkeep my outside area. I'm a single female, respect privacy and am a great communicator. I've been running my own secure business for over 5yrs now. Been at current place for over 2yrs now. Must have a bath tub and in suite laundry. I'm also very vigilant with saving on electricity, hot water (energy) etc. Would need all included. I'm also used to enjoying a fire pit, so must allow that. Looking for a quiet, peaceful property with no children or teens . Preferably an older retired lady or couple. I'm in no rush to move, so can afford to take my time and find what I'm looking for. Looking for very long term, so hopefully this also works for you. I'm currently paying a fair rent, and am looking for someone that's financially secure and also wants to be fair, and in turn gain a great long term tenant! I got very lucky finding what I was after last time, so trust I'll be able to find an ideal place again.
