$2,000 · WANTED: 2 bedroom upper suite or house

We are a professional couple (researcher at UVic and supervisor at a grocery store). Our lives will change in November because we are expecting. We are therefore looking for a 2/3 bedroom upper suite or a small whole house in the North Saanich / Central Saanich / Rural Saanich area. Our budget is $2000 without utilities. We have a well behaved, elderly dog. We are non smokers and quiet. References can be provided upon request. We are looking to move somewhere between May 15th and 1st of July.
