Looking for a 1bed/1bath unfurnished suite or carriage house on the Saanich Peninsula. The rental should be well maintained, bright with in-suite laundry and in a quiet neighbourhood with off street parking. Access to a patio or outside space would be a bonus. I am a quiet, employed, responsible single with excellent references, etc., who would take care of your rental and treat it as their own.
