This bright one bedroom suite is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, walking distance to parks and shopping. It is a short bike or bus ride on the #4 to UVic, Camosun or downtown or 30 minutes direct to Interurban on the #8 bus. This suite has a level entrance and is NOT a basement suite. The private entrance opens onto a quiet garden with a fish pond. This suite is suitable for one quiet person and is ideal for a graduate student or someone who wants a tranquil place to study. The bedroom has a double bed, night table and dresser with two canopy-style windows which can open to provide a cross-breeze. The living room has a window looking out onto the garden, a desk and chair, a couch, coffee table, book shelf, wall-mounted TV and a second dresser. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, air fryer oven, Instant Pot, Nutribullet blender, rice cooker, kettle, two-burner convection hot plate and a double sink. Dishes, silverware and glassware, cooking utensils, pots and pans and a vacuum cleaner are all provided. There is a breakfast bar between the kitchen and the living room with two stools. There is a covered outdoor area (pictured by the fish pond) where smoking and vaping are permitted. Off-street parking for a small car is available for $30 additional per month.
