ACCOMMODATION • Fully furnished bedroom for rent in a peaceful, clean and modern family home in Gordon Head. • The bedroom is located in the basement area where one other female student has a bedroom and the homeowners have a home office and storage. • The basement common areas include entrance, washroom, living room and kitchen. • Please note that the homeowners live on the upper floor, but we use part of the basement on a daily basis for a home office, storage, etc. LOCATION • Quiet and safe neighborhood. • Near the #12, 27 and 28 bus stops. • 20-minute walk to UVIC or 6-minute bus ride. • Close to supermarkets, recreation centre, coffee shops, beach, bicycling routes and more. LIVING ENVIRONMENT • We are looking for a considerate and tidy female to stay in our family home. • You would be sharing the home with one female student and the homeowners who are a working couple with two rambunctious young daughters. • The homeowners live upstairs, but we also use part of the basement on a daily basis. For everyone’s comfort and enjoyment, please only inquire if you have no problem following house rules and you enjoy interacting with the homeowners including sharing the basement common areas with them. • International students are welcome. POLICIES • No parties. • No overnight guests. • No smoking or vaping. • No cooking or noise after 10 PM. • Don’t rearrange the furniture; our experience is that damage always results.
