INNOV8 Group Construction Inc. - Based in Victoria British Columbia.. We provide quality finishing carpentry and millwork installations for custom homes, renovations and multi-family projects. We also provide these services for commercial, institutional and industrial projects. We are seeking experienced Finishing Carpenters/Millwork installers who are reliable, who have a high level of attention to detail, possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to safety. List of Key Responsibilities: · Work alone and/or as part of a team, without the requirement of supervision · Field installations (doors, window liners, door/window casings, baseboards, door/bathroom hardware, crown moldings, etc.) · Filling out Daily Log reports and time sheets via mobile app. Applicants Must Have: · Finishing carpentry/Millwork installation experience. · Knowledge of the finish carpentry trade, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, terminology and site safety · Your own toolbelt, measuring tape, hammer, utility knife , pocket level etc. * PPE (work boots, hard hat, visi vest, ear and eye protection ) · A valid BC Driver’s License and reliable transportation · The ability to work in a fast-paced environment · The ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team · Strong interpersonal and communication skills INNOV8 Group offers competitive wages (20.00-35.00) and career advancement opportunities. There are full-time positions (40 hrs per week), Monday to Friday, 7:30 - 4:00 pm. Wages will be based on experience and skill level.
