We have a 28 foot Chris-Craft Constellation that lives in a 30x16 boathouse on Vancouver Island with crab traps a freezer and all the supplies needed for maintaining the boat everything is clean and in good working order, it’s been at that marina for 30 years, the boat has twin 140 Volvo Penta both run both exceptional with new parts throughout they push the boat along at 8kn burning 1 gallon per hour or full speed is 15kn. All systems are in working order. It has two bus heaters that run off the engine as well as an outdoor shower with the hot water tank that runs both on shore power and off the engine heat and also has canvasses to create an enclosure on the back deck. The only reason I’m selling this boat is because we bought a 40 foot boat that is better suited for our family of five. The boat does need some paint and bright work refinished. I had the boat out of the water this year, we did new bottom paint and zincs. The boat and boathouse are located at Goldstream boathouse and Marina.
