$249 · Mid Century Modern Designer Lucite Table Lamp 1960's All Original

This lucite table lamp was purchased in 1969 at the Scandia House store at Bay & Bloor Streets in Toronto. It has been little used over the past 53 years. This lamp is in excellent condition. The original cord (approx. 7 ft.) with in-line switch works well. The original bulb still works too! The lamp comes in 3 pieces - the base with cord attached, the shade, and the bulb. Base: black lucite, measures 5 1/2" X 5 3/4" (almost square) Height is 4" Shade: smoked lucite, measures 5 1/8" X 5 1/4" Height is 8" Bulb: white glass, measures 7" high The assembled lamp measures 11 3/4" high. There are some very minor, tiny marks on the shade, consistent with its age. These are not noticeable when the lamp is on, or off. There is very minor wear on the cord where it bends, leaving the base. The receptacle for the bulb is a standard size. Please see the last picture for an alternative look for the lamp.
