$4,000 · Clarke American EZ-8 Professional Drum Floor Sander

Surprisingly easy to use. Machines now sells for around $8,500 plus taxes. This sander is a functional beast! I used it to remove planer height variances on my maple floors, and it made short work of this super-hard wood. They are also killer at removing old finishes and such from your current floors. I don 't need it any longer. I redid 3,000 square feet of maple, and it worked a treat (as the British are won't to say!). Why not buy, then sell? I also get my money out of owning these machines, versus the pressure of renting... Delivery *could* be possible. I shipped my other one up to the Queen Charlottes last year, and it arrived in perfect condition.
