****Signing bonus*****. Local growing carpentry company is looking for carpenters, apprentices and entry level workers. We work 10hr days, so you could either have a three day weekend because you’ve worked 40hrs by Thursday, or work Friday at an overtime rate. The choice is yours and can vary week to week at your preference. Benefit package after 3 months. We have tons of work from Victoria to Cowichan. Driver’s license with reliable transportation is a must. Experience preferred but willing to train the right person also. We do all sorts of work, concrete, framing, Reno’s, finishing so you won’t just get stuck on a framing crew for example doing the same thing every single day.
