Looking for a third roommate for a rental apartment on Peatt Road approximately 5 minutes’ walk away from the Goldstream fountain and roundabout. The property is part of a 6-unit apartment where each unit has a separate entrance. We are open to either gender for a roommate; however, the property is currently being rented by my identical twin brother and myself – whom are both 24-year-old males. My brother is a nursing student at Camosun who is currently working as a Health Care Assistant and I am an accountant working through the CPA program at a local accounting firm. The good: - Free to use our existing Disney+ and Netflix subscriptions. Costco shopping trips are also an option. - The balcony is very large and almost empty – feel free to use it as you will. - The unit comes with an upright washer and dryer which can hold more cloths than stackable units. The meh: - The room is unfurnished, apart from a cabinet which originally came with the apartment. - The apartment has 2.5 bathrooms so the room has a separate toilet but a shared shower with one of the rooms upstairs. - The fridge and freezer space are limited, which may require more frequent smaller trips to the store. - This is an apartment, so apart from the generous balcony there is no outdoor space. - Parking is limited, but open to negotiation. The property is managed by Brown Bros – so all new tenants must submit an application for their review. Please also note that there is no smoking allowed in the apartment.
