We are a local business located on the main Esquimalt strip with an unfurnished private interior room (approx 10x10) available to rent for use as a workspace (there are no windows in this private room). Shared bathroom, fridge, microwave. Air conditioned. Receive mail to business location. Proof of liability insurance (when required). Ability to meet with 1-2 clients at a time. Respectful use of space is expected, including working at a volume appropriate for proper function of an office. Hours of access can be negotiated based on your needs.
