General Labour & Carpentry Helpers Needed!

WE'RE HIRING! Full-time positions available for general labour & carpentry-helpers, just 5 minutes from the Swartz Bay ferry terminal. Our crew is dedicated to mentoring others to excel, and our workplace is one of high standards lead through positive and respectful communication. Wages are rewarding, and commensurate with experience. If you are a Journeyman or Finish Carpenter (enrolled in the Real Seal Carpentry program, presently or previously), of course we want to hear from you. BUT we're also looking to bring on and mentor you if you're less experienced! Just bring your enthusiasm & willingness to work hard, and we'll show you how to become the best at what you do!
