I am Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), and my background defines me as a multicultural counsellor. My work is based on therapeutical models like Relational, Systemic, Gestalt, Humanistic, Person-centered approach, Hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cybercounselling, Play therapy, Art therapy, Psychoanalysis, Attachment. I offer counselling to people that struggle with: depression, anxiety, insomnia, panic attack, anger, obsessions, relationships with peers, partners or children, grief, loss, parent-child dyad, self-esteem, school phobia, stress, trauma, setting limits and saying no, negative self-talk, guilt, etc. I am sure that the situation you face can be stressful & worrying, but I am here to listen to your concerns with all my senses, navigate with you through your emotions, and I am confident that you will gain a new perspective and a more balanced life.
