ITI International Technology Integration Inc. is looking for an experienced book keeper located in Victoria BC. ITI deals with various businesses, including government, providing IT resources and services on contract as required. ITI also builds and hosts websites for business and the private sector. The person would be dealing with a mix of independent contractors and employees. The person we are seeking must have excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task. This position is 3-5 days a week, 20 – 30 hours per week permanent part-time and can be flexible. Slightly longer hours may be required occasionally. Please note the candidate must reside in Victoria- Responsibilities: - Setting up contracts in Time Machine app with contract information and applicable resources and rates; - Setting up client, resource and employee files; - Semi-monthly payroll through third party Ceridian; - Issuing invoices monthly to clients using ITI’s timekeeping app including any detail logs. - Dealing with vendors and contractors, issuing payments by cheque or eTransfers; - Prepare monthly financial reports and preparing year end statements and info for the Accountant; - Prepare monthly bank and account reconciliations Skills & Qualifications: - Five to seven years’ experience in bookkeeping in a small to mid-sized organization - In-depth knowledge of Sage Accounting software - Knowledge of requirements for processing year end Wage Range: $25 to $28 per hour- Expected Start Date: As soon as possible allowing for the possibility that 2 weeks’ notice to the current employer may be required.
