Our company is growing and this individual will be an entry level Financial Assistant and will be required to help with basic finance applications for our clients. Refer to our company commandments here: https://spartafinance.ca/about/ This job will require the following: -Ability to multitask and work in a high paced environment -Assistant to the Banker -Ability to use data entry and google drive -Basic understanding of accounting -Ability to accurately calculate and balance numbers -Good communication skills -Good phone skills -Will need to talk with clients and banks -Assist with preparing contracts for clients to sign and finalize with the banks -Liaison with client and banks -Pickup and drop off documents when needed to different offices and clients -Basic office Support and Assistant support -Must have Driver's License -Eager and willing to learn and is a good team player This is a full time position based out of downtown Victoria at 1406 Blanshard Street You are required to have a license as we will need support with clients and document delivery.
