Bright 1 bedroom suite available with stainless steal appliances and dishwasher utilities included plus wifi and cable box if wanted. There's a small patio with chairs and a table which can be used by tenant. The suite backs on to my yard which my kids use during the day at times. I'm a single mom of 4 so looking for someone who doesn't mind a little noise. My kids go to bed between 7:30 and 8:30 pm and the house is quiet.
