WANTED: 1 Bedroom or Studio Apartment / Suite

Hi there, My partner and I will be relocating to Victoria from Nelson, BC to be back closer to family on Vancouver Island (Salt Spring Island and Tofino) and are looking for a place to live for May 1st (flexible move in date.) We are a quiet, clean and professional couple and very respectful, friendly tenants. We don't smoke, party, or own any pets and like to take good care of our home. Louis works remotely from home as a Call Centre Manager and I am an experienced Landscape Gardener. We have great landlord (previous and current) and employer references as well as an excellent credit score. We are looking for a 1 bedroom or studio apartment/suite with a budget of around $1500/month (flexible for the right place), around downtown Victoria. Our preferred neighbourhoods would be Fairfield, Fernwood, Oak Bay, James Bay, or Vic West and we require parking for 1 vehicle. Furnished/partially furnished and bright with in-suite laundry, dishwasher, and outdoor space/patio would be bonuses. We are hoping for a shorter term lease to start (6 months or month-to-month) with the possibility of longer term if it's a good fit for everyone.
