Home Support Worker

We are a small non-profit organization that supports a vibrant young woman with complex needs. We are currently looking for the right person to join our wonderful support team. Some experience providing support to persons with special needs is preferred. Full, paid training is provided. We are looking for someone who is kind, patient and compassionate! We also require a highly responsible and reliable individual. A sense of fun and a willingness to learn are also valued qualities in our applicants. We interested in someone who is willing to make a long term commitment this position. This position requires personal care and incontinence care. At this time we are looking for one or two part time afternoon/evening support people for two to four shifts per week. Starting wage is $25 with an increase to $28 per hour after a probation period.
