Looking for father-child EGGpreneur team

I have space on my organic farm for as few as 10 to as many as 70 happy, free range laying hens.   My ideal goal follows.   If I cannot find what I hope to find, the lesser goal is to find any egg-preneur fully able to repair the hen houses and fences and after things are in good order, will purchase hens and hen feed - then care for your flock and sell eggs! I am able to accommodate a motivated hen newbie, but not a handyman-repair newbie - you have to hit the ground running and be entirely a self starter on that.   PLEASE NOTE: My near-term goal is to create opportunity for life goals more important than making spare change.   With so many part-custody situations these days - I'd like see if a part-custody dad of a 12 to 15 year old might like to use this situation to have something to share with a child.   It's basically a "junior achievement" type opportunity for a tween to share with a dad. In return, I ask for excellent care of the space and the fruit trees in it, and a dozen eggs a week.   As you may or may not know, hens require at least some care twice every day, and I can stand in for some of that. When you reply, please state in your first sentence "I am/am not a part custody dad."   Tell me as much as you wish after that.   If I cannot help enrich a parent-child situation, I am willing to entertain other options.   Here are things that are NOT OK:   any arrangement of any kind involving more than two people.   Any children younger than 12.   Any entirely commercial style effort - main goal is to open up a NEW experience to someone responsible, not enrich your bottom line. I'm open to dad-child pairs that are not joint custody, it's just my impression that sometimes, especially in the tween years, finding something to share and work towards is more difficult in part custody relationships. If there is a dad-child pair out there, maybe there will be two pairs.   Sharing the load would make a lot of sense, and if I end up doing anything more than maybe 10% of the animal care, we'll have to abort the project.
