$925 · Searching for an Awesome Roomie

Hey everyone I'm in search of an awesome roomie for either moving into my current newly renovated 2 plus den apartment with me or search together for a different house to move into for April 1st at the earliest. I'm a 30 yr old man, employed full time. I live a fairly plain lifestyle of mostly work and relaxing at home in the evenings. I also have a husky dog who would absolutely love your company. The place I'm in now its pretty good. The only reason I would move after being here for a year and a half is to be in a suite of a house again.(hence the moving with the right person option). You need to be employed full time with at least 1 work reference and 1 personal reference. I would prefer to secure an arrangement 1 month prior to move in - with mutually signed document for the shared let from me. The apartment is a nice new 2 plus den with a small washroom with tub/shower, coin laundry in building. Brand new appliances including microwave and dishwasher - fridge is apartment size. Rent for your half would be $925 (hot water incl), split internet $50 for you and hydro approx $25/mo for your half depending on usage. No parking available ...I street park on the side of Esquimalt Rec - 2 min walk. The apartment is located less than a minute walk from the Country Grocer Plaza in Esquimalt. Bus there that goes direct to downtown, Uptown, and UVIC. Behind is Esquimalt Rec Centre and down the road are great amenities like Red Barn Market, La Belle Patate and Liquor Express. Multitude of parks and fields close by. So great location for walks and carless living.
