Hi everyone, I am looking for a roommate for April 15th preferably, or May 1st. The apartment is the corner unit on the top floor (4th) of an apartment building just south of Fernwood, with lots of windows and great natural lighting. The room can come furnished or not, and the rent does not include utilities. A bit about me, I'm a 34 year old working professional, and I am looking for a roommate to share the space with. I spend a lot of time reading, doing yoga, cooking, or being outside. I see my home space as a peaceful space to come back to, where you can put up your feet and let go of the day. I enjoy and value my alone time, but also value community, and connecting and being social in heartfelt ways. Open communication is very important to me, to create a home that feels balanced for everyone. I'm a pretty happy and relaxed person, and looking for the same. parking is available on the street, or in the lot of the apartment on a first come first serve basis. There is space for your bike, but that is also first come first serve. It is unfortunately not pet friendly.
