Dispatcher

Victoria's premier Towing Service is looking for a full time Dispatcher who wants to work in a family oriented, fast growing environment. We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team of dedicated service providers. Shift: 2pm - 10pm DUTIES: Answer multi-line telephone system. Dispatch drivers to calls (Police, Roadside Service, Accident, ETC) Computer data entry Interact and communicate with customers and drivers in a courteous and respectful manner Deal with customers, accept payment by cash, credit or on account Various other office duties Requirements Good knowledge of computers Excellent knowledge of Victoria and sur-rounding areas Able to work evenings and graveyard shifts Must be able to pass criminal record check, be bondable No experience necessary, will train right person Benefits after 3 months
