$600 · ROOM to rent in large basement suite in Gordon Head

Available May 1st We live in a large basement suite in a beautiful heritage house in Gordon Head. You would be renting one of the three rooms and would be living with two female women, 20 and 28 years old. We are super laid back, and really chill. We are quite tidy, and non students. Smoking ok and 420 friendly (as long as its outside). We are cool with having friends over as long as you're respectful of us and the other tenants in the house and give us a heads up. We have in suite laundry and a dishwasher. We are about a 7-10 minute walk from the 27/28 bus stop. A 10 minute walk to the 39 bus stop, and about a 3 minute walk to the 12 bus stop. Lambrick park and tyndall fields are literally down the street from us as well. Also a 20 minute walk to University Heights. No pets allowed unfortunately. 600$ a month including wifi.
