Landlords please help. My previous landlord of 5 years passed away and the estate sold the property. My adult daughter and i thought we had found a place paid damage deposit and 1st months rent but come move in day 2 other families also showed up to move in to same place. turns out the man was a room mate who moved out and place was unavailable. Needless to say we are in desperate need of a long term home. My daughter and I are looking for a 2-3 bedroom or 2 bedroom with den or a 2 bedroom with basement, in suite laundry and storage or garage. Looking to be as close to or in Langford if possible as we both have jobs in the area. We have 1 dog (border collie) and cat. Animals are fixed. No drinking nor drug users clean quiet we pay our rent and bills on time.We have 1 vehicle. We need a place A.S.A.P.
