Bedroom available for rent in a beauty little home near the Gorge for DECEMBER 1. $725/mo + 1/3 of utilities and 1/3 internet. Room photos are posted and will be unfurnished. Bedroom is on the main level and has a huge closet with lots of shelving. We are 2 mature women in our early 30s and are interested in another female (preferably, but not exactly necessary) of similar age. Not interested in renting to a couple, sorry. One of us works full time and the other is studying at UVic and working casually. We enjoy a sense of community in the house and often indulge in wine nights to discuss the adventures of today's dating!
