$100 · Short term rental Dec 17th to Jan 3rd

I will be offering my condo for short term rental during the holiday season from December 17th to Jan 3rd at $100 (all in) a day I have one king-size bed in the master bedroom along with memory foam and mattress for additional guests. The condo features 2 levels, the upper level has 1 master bedroom, a full bathroom, one room is a craft/library room which can act as another sleeping area, the third room is a workout room which can also hold another guest. The lower level has a full kitchen, BBQ, TV, WIFI, electric fireplace, washer/dryer, balcony and another bathroom Parking spot available Will consider pet(s) with an additional damage deposit My condo is located on Craigflower Rd in the 800 block so central to everything you would need (bus, grocery, booze, gym, site seeing etc) and about a 5 mins drive to downtown Must be willing to sign a contract and provide a damage deposit Please email with your interest outlining a bit about yourself, number of guests and references are required
