Director, Financial Planning and Analysis

We are adding a dynamic, growth-focused, and strategic Finance leader to lead our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function. Reporting to the VP, Finance, this is an opportunity to partner with the senior executive and financial teams and apply your expertise supporting company-wide financial planning and analysis activities. As we transform and build out our financial organization, we need a strategist and an executor who can take ownership for leading the day-to-day activities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has 1-2 years of investment banking and wants to transfer to a private company; someone who wants to be right-hand to the VP Finance, working closely with private equity members while planning, forecasting and budgeting. We need a Director, FP&A with a proven record of success leading significant change through hands-on accomplishments, relationship building, collaborating with executives, financial modeling and data driven analytics. We need someone who balances their analytical and logical mindset with a healthy dose of curiosity; someone who wants to dive deep beyond the status quo and drive effective changes that scale and establish new processes that haven't been tried before.
