Good location for me and my live aboard van. My small business: I am a honest business man with no debt and money in the bank and I love my job. No pets, none smoker and I don't do drugs. I don't need to live in a van, I want to live in a van. I have saved over 30 k since April, 2016. My van was custom made for me. I have a propane stove with a tank under the van. All lighting is LED and power is supplied from batteries under the van. My Fantastic fan is also power by my batteries. My van is well insulated with a sink with running water, 49 inch 4k Sony TV on the balk head and lots of storage,cupboards drawers and a convection oven. Much more. I am fully insured. I have a CO detector, fire extinguisher, and fire alarm on board. I have a membership with three Rec centers across Victoria. I have an emergency port a potty which I have never used. I am seeking a dry spot in the winter which is hidden from the sun in the summer. I usually leave for work around 9 am and return around 3:30. I am quiet as a church mouse, you will never hear me. I offer 340.00 cash up front each month with out a need for a receipt. For 340.00 I require WiFi and a place to plug my extension cord into. Almost all my energy needs are supplied by my batteries or propane on under the van. The only thing I need electricity for is my convection oven every now and then and a small 250w heater. Thanks,
