$400 · WANTED: Driveway or Piece of Property for 5th Wheel

I am looking for a long driveway or a piece of property to park my 5th wheel and live on site. All trailer parks are FULL and not taking new long term tenants. Looking for a place near Victoria/Esquimalt/Gorge areas as I need to be able to walk to work and my family/friends homes. The rental would have to include a water and electrical hookup (I am happy to pay for the hookups and utilities I use). Thank you so much for your time!
