This rare 1896 Pleyel Model D (6' 4") is a beautiful grand piano with a wonderful sound. Pleyel is one of the top European pianos, a favorite of Chopin, and cherished by many accomplished musicians. The piano was rebuilt about twelve years ago with new strings, tuning pins, hammers, and dampers. The case is Brazilian rosewood with ivory keys. The piano includes a bench with a padded seat.
