This item is very rare and was made in 1972. English chef Graham Kerr made the Spurtle a household name as this was his favorite tool in the kitchen. This is from the "Galloping Gourmet" Collection designed by Graham Kerr himself. In good used condition. A very handy kitchen utensil to mix, scrape, flip, fold, and more. The handle is flat and fits well in the hand allowing to mix heavy doughs with relative ease. The far side is flat to help scrape the sides of a bowl or pot. The top end has two different curves to allow the scraping of the corners of a pot or bowl. 10 " Marked GG
