landscaper/labourer

Looking to add a landscaper to our crew - doing residential landscape install. Wage variable according to ability /experience. Full time work ranging from Oak Bay to North Saanich so car almost essential. Ideal for someone wanting to apprentice and learn. Open to having university student - summer employment. Experience with physical outdoor work and some amount of relevant experience is desirable. 22-25/hr to start depending on experience and ability. Also interested to add a more experienced person to crew -ideally with solid construction experience/hort diploma....willing to pay 28- 30/hr range to start. Lots of opportunity to learn and take on responsibility.
