What are your needs? I think I am l\Looking for an artist, retired DIY'er who regrets moving into a condo and wants to set up a little shop, a SOLE proprietor making/building/welding/assembling something and then delivering/installing it somewhere else. Someone starting up a side business and it is just not working out to do it from your home. If ANY of these are true, we would waste each other's time: 1. You must have a drive-to-the-door location. You can park in my driveway. Then it is a 200 feet carry-in, carry-out. 2. You do not have two covid vaccines and at least one booster. 3. You want to pay for a traditional rental. This is a barter arrangement; an hour of garden/labour help 4 days a week. In other words, ideally you are coming nearly every day either to do whatever SOLO work you do, or pick up and drop off whatever supplies and light equipment you are storing. If you have read this far, be in touch with what you do and what you need. Be as detailed and specific as you can. Number of sq ft would ideally not exceed 200, but some flexibility for just the right person. There is a breaker box but not 220, you will not be able to sit in an easy chair and read a book on a cold day, but it is possible to take the chill off on a cold day. Again, you need to walk all you need in and out. Automotive including motorcycle work is not going to be possible.
