Most recent position: Head of All Maintenance for a 56 unit Victoria Motel from 2009 to present. Hourly rate $20.00 to $25.00 depending on type of work and location. Born and raised in farming and farm equipment. Extensive experience in all phases of construction. Experienced driver (licensed any class) Excellent hardware and software computer background. Retail hardware store or hardware department of any store would be a great niche for me. (I may not build your home but I can certainly tell you how to and what you need to do each job.) If you own a farm and need a qualified equipment and machinery operator, been there and done a whole lot of that. If you need a limo, truck, bus or personal driver, I can drive anything on wheels. (I have a Pilot's license, just in case you have anything that flies.) I'm a definite people person, honest, reliable, hardworking and take great pride in all that I do. If you're looking for a relief or building manager, whatever you may need, I would really appreciate hearing from you. General home help, small to medium renovations of all kinds, whether you are a company or not, this too is fine. I realize this is hardly a formal resume but think of all the time I've saved you, not having to read pages and pages of decades of experience.
