WANTED: Motor and Speed Controller

Looking for a DC gear motor with a controller that will go from 0-250/350 rpm. 500 rpm is probably the maximum speed I can work with. A good controller can perhaps help with a faster motor, but I definitely don't want anything like a 1725 rpm for my purpose. Needs at least 25in pounds of torque and should be continuous duty. I may be open to AC too, but DC is my preference, especially if able to run from AC wall current as opposed to batteries. Trying to keep my projects costs down, so please let me know what you have and what you're asking. May have electronics to trade (what are you after?), or ca$h if preferred.
