Bought these 2 parts (they go together) to install a GPS unit on my motorcycle. Never got around to it and I no longer have a bike. These are some of the best in the industry. The plate part can accept a variety of instruments like GPS, Mobile, Radar, etc... From the manufacturers website: Euro Mount systems mount onto the top of the fork tube on many European and Japanese sport bikes. This system is easily installed by sliding the clamp over the fork tube that protrudes from the top triple clamp and tightening the tention screw. Since each Euro Mount is machined to match the fork tube diameter, once installed it looks as if it's part of the bike. The value of both new is 100$ USD These are both brand new - never even opened the packages.
