Join Diana Weymar for an inspiring hand embroidery workshop at The Makehouse.
Sunday February 26th, 2017 (1-4pm)
This workshop is an opportunity to use traditional and modern embroidery techniques in an unfamiliar way. We will explore the creative possibilities of drawing and writing by replacing pen and ink with needle and thread.

We are delighted to have Diana Weymar back for her fourth hand embroidery workshop at The Makehouse!
During this workshop we will explore the properties of thread and how to think about it creatively. Though we will be working on our own specific pieces, the goal of this workshop it to develop a way of thinking creatively about the things closest to us to physically and metaphorically.
