Rarely used, the electrical cabling in my house does not benefit from using this.
If you don't know what powerline is, essentially you plug one end to your router then to an outlet and plug the adapter to an outlet in your house where you would want Ethernet to that device.
The speeds are retained pretty well, but does not suit my networking needs. No issues as I've used it for no more than a week.
No longer have original box.
