There are direct bus routes nearby to downtown, University of Victoria and Camosun College or enjoy a short 10 minute or less drive to each. This is a perfect place for an extended stay in Victoria for work, University of Victoria or Camosun College, medical needs (Jubilee Hospital), searching for a new home, or extended vacations.
