With a mixture of on the job training, online courses, and classroom training we offer a 6 to 9 month hands on management training program that allows you to build on your leadership experience and coaching skills in preparation for managing a store. You will work alongside your team while learning how to take on the role of running a multi-million dollar business. Strong organizational and time management skills while being able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Superior customer service skills with the ability to calmly diffuse situations and provide an exceptional customer experience. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the restaurant, including working evenings and weekends, as required. Shift Manager duties include: Order taking and providing accurate and exceptional customer service at all workstations. Pizza making and ensuring food safety and quality standards. Oven tending, accurately assembling and dispatching orders. Cleaning and maintaining equipment Excellent communication skills; ensures ongoing day to day communication with all shifts. Assist in upholding company policy and standards Provide a strong supporting role for General Manager with front line operations Sales building Maintaining operational costs Assist General Manager in developing an efficient and motivated team.
