I am a mature professional looking for a professionally-minded, happy, easy-going, tidy, quiet, flat mate to share this unique space with. I have a 2-bedroom, two-story suite in the top two floors of a beautiful early twentieth century mansion. Very close to downtown. Residential area, with mountain, ocean and city views. Property backs onto a protected Garry Oak Tree park. Has hardwood and tile flooring. Available August 1st, your room is a fully renovated private 500 sq ft attic with its own full bathroom. Has lots of storage and closet space. A perfect place for someone who appreciates a quiet life. The finished attic space is unfurnished, however I have a few pieces of furniture that could be used, including a bed, if need. I've peacefully lived in this suite several years. My bedroom is on the main floor. Communal areas are fully furnished. Shared on the suite's main floor is an ample-sized kitchen (with dishwasher), a living room, and an ensuite washer and dryer (which lives in my full bathroom, off of kitchen). The suite includes a lovely deck above the main entrance which is shared with just one other fellow tenant in the building.
