Description of Duties: This position is responsible for supervising the cleanliness of guest rooms; assisting the Housekeeping Managers with direction of workload; opening and closing the housekeeping office (as and when needed) as well as addressing and following up on any guest concerns and acting as an ambassador for the hotel. Required Qualifications: The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proven attention to detail. Must be proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook and have the ability to handle multiple telephone calls from guests, suppliers and internal staff. Previous supervisory and cleaning experience is required and the knowledge of Micros Opera PMS is considered an asset.
