Hello my name is Twila Provencher, I am a registered care aid and I am looking to get in touch with people requiring care within my community. I am licenced bonded and insured. I am seeking long term regular clients to build meaningful relationships with. If you or a loved one suffers from a mental or physical disability, or have just reached a point in life where a little support would make living life to its fullest a possibility, I would love to meet and see how we can inspire each other and grow together. Home Care Services; Transitions - provide temporary or long term support for individuals in transition who require varying levels of care, i.e: following an illness, after a discharge from the hospital - help to acclimatize individuals to their new environment Personal Care - provide assistance in all areas of personal care, i.e. showering, dressing, eating, transfers and lifts. - treat individuals with dignity and respect - are passionate about promoting independence - create a safe and secure environment Meals and Nutrition - encourage healthy lifestyles to promote health and healing - prepare meals to implement varying diet and nutrition requirements - prepare meals from different cultures - assist with groceries and meal planning Transportation -transport clients to and from appointments - accompany individuals to shop for groceries or other personal items - drive clients to visit friends and family - support our clients in any other activity that will add fulfillment or joy in their day to day life Respite Care Provide relief for caregivers which: - offers more time in your schedule for personal needs - allows quality time with your loved one with the comfort of knowing their care priorities have been met - prevents you from becoming exhausted and overwhelmed Companionship - plan activities in accordance to the individual's interests and abilities - value developing meaningful relationships with our clients - are happy to do art, music, exercise programs, reading aloud, walks, or simply enjoying quiet conversation I look forward to speaking with you and determining your care needs
