$600 · Room for Female student in furnished Room-share suite

We are accepting female students only. Available May 01 - one private furnished bedroom (Maple Room) in two bedroom furnished room-share suite. Only one student per room and no overnight guests allowed. Rooms shared with one other student and owners include the kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom. Heat, hot water and electricity included (WIFI not included). Home is located in View Royal. Bus stop is at the end of our driveway coming home and across the street to downtown.
