Kids Klub is looking to hire for Site Manager positions starting September 3rd for the 2019-2020 School Year in our programs. Kids Klub is a VIHA licensed, non-profit, charitable, Christian based society committed to providing quality childcare programs to the families of Victoria. Job Description: Under the direct supervision of the Programs Coordinator, the Site Manager is responsible for the preparation, coordination and delivery of direct quality care programs to children between the ages of 5-12 years old during the out of school hours & vacation periods. Site Managers are responsible for planning the day-to-day activities for the site while working directly with the children registered at their location. The successful candidate should be organized and comfortable with planning appropriate programs for school-aged children. The Site Manager is responsible for supervision, leadership and support to staff & volunteers at the location. All Site Managers are responsible for ensuring that the site is operating in accordance with VIHA Child Care Licensing Regulations, Kids Klub policies & procedures & the Community Care Facilities Licensing Act. Job Qualifications & Requirements: - Must be 19yrs of age - Experience in direct care of children - Ability & desire to obtain a Class 4 or 2 drivers license considered an asset Employment Wage: -- Wage:$18.00 - 21.10 Depends on Experience -$2 hourly wage increase for class 2 drivers license To apply: Submit resume & cover letters as soon as possible by email.
