Need room or apartment $650.00 to $850.00 for Feb 1 or 15th, 2020.. Ideally by shoreline of Ocean or Gorge. Excellent references!!! Very clean and quiet. As both a student and a senior with pension and getting "government senior/student " funds (as will be only working PT). As such, I do need a copy of a lease or required government documentation on rent payment amount and details for student/senior funds. I also play tennis and sail. 420 friendly. Considered fun and handy for heavy lifting, carpentry, paint and drywall. Not just an academic.
